Hancock Bank - Incompetent customer service

The situation would have been better had I never contacted customer service. Not only could they not stop a payment, they doubled it. Awesome!!!!! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Hancock Bank - Withholding access to withdraw money

Had issue with my debit card and customer service could not help. Basically they are withholding my money from me as there was no way for them to help me get money out of my account. Close your account with then immediately!!!!
